Little Adventures
A photographer at heart, graduating in July 2018 from University of Ulster as a Second Class Honours Interaction Designer and following my heart I am continuing my lifestyle and travel portfolio/blog, which was started as part of my final year project. Settling down into a full time photography job and building my own business is the dream and end goal, nevertheless, my Little Adventures portfolio and blog will show you my tips and tricks of adventure and the picturesque locations that I visit.
Originating in 2017 as “Poppy Gamble Photography” branching out and changing too “Little Adventures Photography” was the perfect fit. The main reason behind the name change is because no matter where I am or travel to, when capturing my photographs I am always on my own Little Adventure. Taking my personal name from the brand I am still keeping a personal stamp because creating and building this brand over the upcoming years is going to be yet another adventure.
Rebranded Logo
Discovering freelance designer Juleco, during my final year of uni. Julie specialises in branding and seeing and falling in love with her simple and minimal designs, I knew I wanted Juleco to design my Little Adventures Logo and Watermark. Emailing back and forth with initial inspiration, colour palettes and ideas, within days after talking, Julie came back with a range of logo concepts for Little Adventures. Immediately loving the first concept she sent, what do you think?
After being sent through the final logo design, I asked Julie if she could maybe take the final design and incorporate it into a watermark for my images and without hesitating Julie had designed numerous colour variations. Once I received the final files I was over the moon to say the least. I can’t thank Julie enough for designing me the most perfect logo for my Little Adventures brand. Amazing and talented woman, so easy to communicate with, I couldn’t recommend her enough for any of your design needs, whether that be rebranding or simply purchasing a typography print. Merchandise:
Being so happy with the Little Adventures Photography logo, I couldn’t help but get my logo embroidered onto t-shirts, hoodies, jackets and backpacks, after all these are major necessities a photographer needs on their travels especially whilst living in Northern Ireland, you can get all four seasons in one day! As well as getting stickers and button badges made too.
Going that extra mile and sharing my journey with you all, let’s see where my Little Adventure takes me!
